BM 3000-HD is a powerful and versatile heavy-duty box-making machine designed for processing corrugated cardboard up to AAA flute. It integrates slotting, creasing, cutting, and die-cutting into one compact and fully automated system, enabling efficient on-demand production of a wide range of box styles. Ideal for medium to large volume production, the BM 3000-HD offers high precision, reliable performance, and ultra-fast job changeovers.

Major functions
Carboard feeding
Cardboard from E flute to AAA, thickness ranges from 2 mm to 16 mm, with a maximum weight of up to 2400 g/m², width 300 mm to 3000 mm.
Horizontal Slotting & Scoring
Two standard symmetrical slotting knives can be automatically repositioned for different box lengths, slotting width from 7mm to 21mm.
Vertical Creasing System
Advanced 4+4 vertical creasing and pre-creasing wheels with support for inconsistent creasing.
Vertical Slitting & Auto Sharpening
Four vertical slitting knives driven by servo motors with an automatic sharpening function for extended service life.
Glue Flap Crush System
Glue flap crushing function for easier and more efficient box nailing.
Cross Cutting and Die Cutting System
Cuts off excess cardboard without the need for an additional sheet separator. Enables die-cutting of hand holes, ventilation openings, and custom-shaped rounded corners.
Optional functions
Inline Flexo Printing Unit
One-color printing using high-quality flexo printing technology. Up to two printing modules can be installed on the machine. Maximum print size: 500 × 300 mm (single module) or 500 × 200 mm (two modules).
Inline gluing
Inline application of dispersion adhesive during cardboard processing allows immediate box closing and stacking without any additional operation.
